Croatia

The Dalmatian Delight

I was fortunate enough to take a trip to Croatia, a country that quickly won my heart. The beauty of the landscape, the richness of the culture, the warmth of the people - all these elements combined to create an unforgettable experience. Croatians take immense pride in their Dalmatian Coast heritage. Much of this culture, including the distinctive architecture, national parks, a unique style of singing, and even their traditional ‘rafioli’ cakes, is preserved through the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

No words can truly capture the stunning beauty of the Adriatic Sea. Its clear waters, ranging from bright azure to deep indigo and even turquoise, are so transparent that you can practically spot sea urchins at the bottom. One morning, we were fortunate enough to witness dolphins feasting on fish beneath the surface. Throughout our time on the islands, I found myself repeatedly awestruck by the extraordinary blue hues of the sea.
